Set up, pack down and delivery included within 20km of the Newcastle CBD (conditions apply)
The picnic will be set up for 2 hours (although completely flexible in most circumstances)
Please consider amenities when choosing your desired location as we do not provide bathrooms or power
All Packages Include:
- Knee height tables - rustic wooden or crisp white (plenty of leg room underneath)
- Assorted rugs
- Cushions per person- luxury textiles including velvet, suede, faux fur, and decorative pouffes.
- Table settings per person: Charger plate, main plate, grazing plate, linen napkin, gold or silver cutlery, wine glass & water glass
- Luxury Styling pieces including lanterns, fairy lights, taillights, cosy rugs & flowers
- Delivery, setup & packdown

Once a quote has been sent, we will hold your date for one week. We then ask for a 10% deposit to lock everything in. Payments are required to be paid in full one week before the event date.
If in the event you need to cancel, the 10% deposit will be kept as we have saved the date for you and turned down other events to do so.
All events are completely refundable if in the instance of a COVID 19 related unexpected change by restrictions.
A backup location is recommended to be considered and organised before the event (preferably indoors) where we can continue the event as planned. Although we try to be as flexible as possible, we require to be notified before 9am on the event day so ensure logistics can be met. We cannot refund payment due to wet weather cancellation. Please consider amenities when choosing your desired location as we do not provide bathrooms or power.
Clients will be liable for any items that require professional cleaning. Any equipment that is broken or lost during the event must be covered at full retail price.
